Self Defense

One of the key strengths of R.A.V.E.N. JuJutsu, particularly in a women’s-only setting, is its emphasis on leveraging an attacker’s force against them. Consequently, this principle enables practitioners to defend themselves effectively without relying on brute strength. This makes R.A.V.E.N. JuJutsu an ideal choice for women of all sizes and physical abilities. Furthermore, the techniques taught are designed to be simple, direct, and easy to learn, thereby enhancing both confidence and practical skill sets.

Moreover, R.A.V.E.N. JuJutsu’s holistic approach not only focuses on physical techniques but also emphasizes mental preparedness and awareness. By integrating these elements, this comprehensive training helps women develop a proactive mindset. As a result, they are better equipped to anticipate and avoid potential threats. Through the combination of physical and mental strategies, R.A.V.E.N. JuJutsu ultimately empowers women to feel more secure and resilient in their daily lives.

Community & Support

R.A.V.E.N. JuJutsu also fosters a supportive and empowering environment where women can build self-confidence and assertiveness. Training in a women’s-only class provides a safe space to learn and practice self-defense skills without the intimidation that might be felt in a co-ed setting. This setting encourages open communication and camaraderie among participants, creating a community of women who support each other in their self-defense journey.

In summary, RAVEN JuJutsu offers a powerful and accessible self-defense solution tailored to women. Its blend of practical techniques, supportive environment, and holistic approach makes it an excellent choice for women seeking to enhance their personal safety and confidence.

The History of JuJutsu

Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu (Japanese samurai fighting style). Is believed to have been established by Shinra Saburō Minamoto no Yoshimitsu. And was exclusively passed down by the senior Samurai of the Aizu clan.

The Aizu clan vanished during the Meiji era following the dissolution of the clan. And Takeda Sokaku Sensei, who was the designated heir at the time, made significant efforts to propagate it.

The techniques of Daito-style can be broadly categorized into Jujutsu techniques, Aikijujutsu techniques, and Aiki no jutsu techniques. Daito Ryu takes on various forms depending on the successor. This is because Takeda Sokaku Sensei tailored the techniques to suit his students.
