Many people feel vulnerable and wish they had a way to defend themselves if they end up in a dangerous situation. Therefore, becoming a personal student of martial arts can help you shake feelings of vulnerability. As well as believe in your ability to ward off an attack. Defending yourself and the family you love is a priority. Money and personal belongings can be replaced, but people cannot. Studying martial arts and self-defense helps you learn to disarm an attacker and protect yourself and your family. You’ll carry yourself with strength and confidence when you can defend yourself.
Physical discipline comprises two primary elements:
Combat techniques and the combat conditioning program. The combat techniques are taught as part of the WOTR, a system centered around personal and family protection to begin with. The WOTR system then encompasses the four components of combat (firearms, edged weapons, weapons of opportunity, and unarmed combat). All four elements play a crucial role across the entire spectrum of combat. The diverse techniques for armed and unarmed combat are integrated with physical preparedness within the WOTR combat conditioning program. This program forms the backbone of the WOTR, equipping every student with the necessary skills and physical fitness to fulfill their role as a Warrior Sage.
